Since its founding in 1993, under his leadership, his environmental consulting firm, Gladstein, Neandross & Associates (GNA), grew to become the leading North American consulting firm specializing in market development for low- and zero-emission transportation technologies, infrastructure, and ultra-low carbon fuels for commercial transportation.
Over the past 30 years, the company has managed the design and development of more clean fleet deployment projects than any other firm in North America, as well as facilitated the development of some of the largest alternative fuel corridors in the world. It also puts on the largest advanced commercial vehicle technology show in the world each year, known as the Advanced Clean Transportation, or ACT Expo.
As clean vehicles moved from concept to development to reality to commercialization, Cliff has become one of the most sought after leaders within the environmental and energy communities—offering his clients, the media, and policymakers, unparalleled experience, insight, and perspective on critical issues at the very heart of our transportation and energy systems. Last year, GNA was purchased by TRC Companies, Inc. (TRC) and is now known as TRC Clean Transportation Consulting.
